Home Inspector Pro Template Import [Web]
You can now import your existing templates from Home Inspector Pro (HIP) directly into the PropertyVision Template Center. This allows you to bring over your templates without having to rebuild your inspection setup from scratch. Simply upload your HIP template file, and the system will automatically parse the data into a Property Vision template.
Custom Price Modifiers [Mobile]
Inspectors can now adjust service pricing in real-time by adding custom modifiers directly from the mobile app. Whether you need to apply a fixed-amount discount or a percentage-based surcharge due to property conditions, you can now customize the final price on the spot.
Smart Address Verification [Mobile]
You can now verify inspection addresses to automatically retrieve property images and property data. If an address doesn't perfectly match, the app will guide you through selecting a recommended address or editing the details, ensuring your reports are linked to the correct property records from the start.
Simplified App Updates [Mobile]
Staying up to date is now easier. When a mandatory app update is required, a new direct link will appear on your screen, taking you straight to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This ensures you can get back to your inspections as quickly as possible without having to search for the app manually.
Live Inspection Summary [Web]
To provide better visibility during the setup process, we’ve added a running Summary panel to the "Add Inspection" page. As you confirm services and modifiers, this panel updates in real-time to show a rolled-up view of total prices and estimated durations. This ensures you can verify the accuracy of the inspection totals at a glance before finalizing the order.

Enhanced Inspection Loading Speed [Mobile]
We’ve overhauled how data is handled within the app to significantly reduce load times for inspection details. You will notice a much faster experience when opening sections and items. We also eliminated redundant background tasks. This results in a faster interface and better battery efficiency during long field inspections.

Consistent PDF Report Previews [Web]
We resolved an issue where inspectors would encounter an error when trying to preview a PDF report after accessing the inspection through a client-facing link. The preview functionality now works seamlessly across all access methods.
Improved Image Analytics Suggestions [Mobile]
We resolved an interface issue where the list of AI-generated comment suggestions could be hidden behind the keyboard. The suggestions list is now properly scrollable, ensuring you can always select the most accurate description for your photos.
Reliable Offline Photo Annotations [Mobile]
We fixed an issue where images would occasionally fail to display when attempting to add annotations while working offline. You can now reliably mark up your photos regardless of your current internet connection.

Our new Data camera mode simplifies appliance inspections by automatically extracting text from data plates and transferring it directly into your report as a comment. To further streamline your workflow, the app leverages integrated image analytics to suggest the most relevant location for the data's placement, significantly reducing manual entry and navigation.
