Property Vision is a next-generation home inspection platform developed by Cotality. Designed specifically for home inspectors, it streamlines the inspection and reporting process through AI-powered tools, intuitive design, and automation features.
How much is Property Vision? Do you charge per inspection?
Property Vision is available via monthly and annual subscriptions. We don't charge per inspection. Visit our pricing page to see our bundles.
How does your AI work? Does it recognize and assign defects?
Our Image Analytics and Gen AI voice features identify the content of your images and voice notes and uses that information to navigate you to the appropriate section in your inspection where you can assign the relevant defect with just a few taps.
How does Property Vision differ from my current solution?

Do you support ISN integration?

Can I import my templates from other tools?
Yes. Property Vision supports importing templates from other inspection tools. This feature allows you to maintain continuity with your existing workflow while transitioning to our platform.
How do I create and edit templates? Can I edit a template on my mobile device?
Our Template Center offers a template editor where you can create and edit templates via your web browser. You can also make changes inside of Property Vision on your mobile device, but we recommend using the Template Center on a desktop computer to take advantage of the larger screen space and easier.
We also offer the flexibility to edit your current template while working in a report. This allows you to make real-time adjustments in the field without starting over or waiting until you're back at your desk.
